Landscape Maintenance Guidelines are essentially a set of guidelines for you to use in gathering estimates on landscape maintenance work. Or they can be used for anyone to carry out landscape maintenance work at your site. Feel free to choose from services below, or ask.
Let us know if verbal Landscape Maintenance Guidelines are all you want from us, and Ladd Modern Landscape Architecture can advise you during our consultation. Or we can gather the required information during our consultation and then prepare a contract to provide you with written Landscape Maintenance Guidelines. We want to accommodate and communicate your vision. These are in addition to the consultation fee, because written guidelines are to precisely communicate with persons not present at the site.

But Ladd Modern Landscape Architecture can suggest best cultural practices to help make your landscape more resilient in the face of challenges. Landscape Maintenance guidelines can be for you to implement, or for your landscape maintenance workers to follow. In any event, it helps us to know if the guidelines are for Design Review, so you can gather estimates from professional landscape maintenance personnel or if you will be doing the landscape maintenance work yourself. Ladd Modern Landscape Architecture can schedule periodic review of your site’s landscape maintenance, to ensure optimal care is being delivered. The intervals can be quarterly, yearly or upon request. When we do this, we will prepare a “punch list” approved by you, for landscape maintenance workers to perform.
CONTRACT REVIEW: If you choose not to have us draw up landscape maintenance guidelines, we can instead review or compare contracts you receive for landscape maintenance, from landscape contractors. We will then advise you of potential deficiencies, so you can ask questions of the contractors.
